Abhishek and John Abraham’s ‘gay’ movie Dostana has made it big at the box office and is listed among the successful movies this year. Initially it was rumored that Aishwarya (Abhishek’s wife) will play the female lead in this movie but then she did not feature in the film.

When asked why she was not seen in this movie, Aishwarya explained that she opted out of the movie, primarily because that was a movie that focuses on the relation between two men in a funny way. She said that if she was there in the movie, the audience would expect a love track between her and Abhishek and that this would sideline the main story of the movie.

When asked to comment about the kiss scene between Abhishek and Abraham, she said that this is afterall a movie and as actors their only aim is to entertain the audience, whatever the role may be.
